Is Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride (Sleeping pill) safe for very rare usage just to sleep early ?
Sometimes I get a lot of sleep which causes me to wake up till late hours next night, in order to avoid this I take a sleeping pill with the formula mentioned in the title. I do it very rarely, Is it safe ?
Better to try to manage the things without a pill.
