Don’t you think that the Harry Potter series are overall more creative then the Twilight series?

I like both “Harry Potter” and the Twilight series. But Harry Potter has a much wider creative “space”; it is a whole world. And Twilight is more real life, with a major fantasy twist, which is also very interesting, but not as creative. I mean, how many times were werewolves and vampires used in books and movies??
Who disagrees and why?

Harry Potter is extremely creative. It has a better plot and overall it’s more interesting too. But that’s not the question.
It’s overall more creative as who really could think up of horcruxes, a Dark wizard called Voldemort and slimy haired, unloved man named Severus Snape.
Not Stephenie Meyer, I’m sure.

The Twilight series, although many people love it and would ‘die’ for it, is not as creative and frankly not as interesting. The whole series focusses upon ONLY their love, which is undying. Half the pages are full of kisses. Frankly, I’ve lost count how many time, Bella’s describes his beauty and kissed him.
People take Twilight way too seriously.
Robert Pattinson was signing autographs and stuff and all these females had a rock against their necks and were screaming, “Bite me Edward!”
And in Forks, the actual place, people come there as old as forty year olds and say, “I was going to camp here, but I heard you had recent vampire problems.”
Really? Are you so socially retarted that you don’t understand that it’s a NOVEL. A fantasy NOVEL.
Jeez.
